Campaign Creation

Follow our step by step kick-off email and grant access to your accounts with our detailed tutorials. Discuss your marketing plan with your expert on your kick-off call. Share your product images and videos with our team and we’ll start working on your ad copy and creatives.

Launch

2 Weeks after you sign up we’ll launch your ad campaigns and run them for a full calendar month. That means the first ‘month’ lasts for 6 weeks in total and then continues on to a rolling monthly service.


What do we need to get started?

When you sign up you get a detailed kick-off email that showing you step by step how to share your accounts, images, videos and ideas with us. To get started we need access to Shopify, Facebook, Google ads, Merchant Center, Google Analytics, Instagram and finally your product images and videos. Don’t worry, if you don’t have accounts for some or all of the above we have free and detailed tutorials to help you get set up quickly and correctly. We do all the work to create the image designs, copy and targeting.

Who will be I working with?

You get access to a PPC ads expert, alongside them they have access to designers and copywriters in our team that help with campaign creatives. You get two 30 minute video chat calls a month with your expert and access to our head of PPC Klemen Lorber.

There are 4 determining factors that influence time to profitability when it comes to PPC. As a rule of thumb, it takes 3 months to find and optimize profitable campaigns. This can be faster if you check all these boxes.


i. How much organic traffic you get

If you have high-quality traffic from SEO then it is likely you can be profitable from PPC. High-quality organic traffic from Google is driven by keywords that are relevant to your brand and products and have buying intent. ‘Mens boat shoes’ has buying intent, ‘how to wear boat shoes’ has information intent and will convert lower.

  • What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?

    If you want to change your service plan tier, you can pay the difference between your current tier and the upgraded tier price and start the same day. Or you can wait until the next month starts, then upgrade at this time. If you want to downgrade you have to wait until the end of the current month, we do not offer pro-rata refunds on downgrades.

  • How long will it take to get results?

    With typical campaigns, you can expect to see results in the first 3 months.

  • What time zone are you in?

    We’re a remote business so time zones differ, our ads team is in the EU.

  • Do you offer guarantees?

    We cannot offer guarantees, the same as any other respectable agency. If we could we’d all be sipping mai tai’s together.

  • Do I have to use a credit card?

    No, you can also pay via a bank transfer.

  • What should my budget be?

  • What is the ad design fee? Can I use my own designers?

    We have a one time fee for ad design, you can use your own designers but our fees will remain the same.

    Yes, you will have access and visibility of your accounts.

  • Can you create campaign projections?

    Even though projections are often inaccurate, we can create them for brands looking to sign up to grow plan tiers and above.

  • What is the average ROAS?

    According to a study by Nielsen, the average return on ad spend is 2.87:1, meaning for every $1 spent on advertising, the average company makes $2.87. Most of our customer reach profitability by month 3 as long as they take our advice. The average ROI differs greatly from business to industry, time of year and product positioning. There are no rules of thumb.
