Adding new users to your Klaviyo account is quick and easy. Klaviyo offers six different user roles, and you can invite new users to your account by following these steps:
There is only one owner per account. The owner has full access to all features and can also close the account.
Admins have the same permissions as the owner, except they cannot close the account.
Managers can access all features, but they cannot export emails or access the API.
Analysts can view analytics, segments, and reports. They cannot add anything to the account and are limited to viewing data, such as numbers, statistics, open rates, and click rates.
Content Creators cannot view any sales data or statistics. Their role is to add templates and create campaigns or flows, but they cannot send campaigns.
Campaign Coordinators have similar permissions as Content Creators but can also schedule and send campaigns.
